We understand the importance of staying mobile. That's why we've made significant investments in our dealer network and parts distribution to ensure you're never stranded. Here's how we keep you moving:

GUARANTEED MOBILITY

If your vehicle is at a Jeep dealership and requires an original part or specialized technical support that is delayed beyond 48 hours after the technical support request has been made and the part ordered, we will provide a courtesy car for your use until your vehicle is repaired.

APPROVED AUTOBODY SPECIALISTS 

MOBILITY DURING MAJOR REPAIRS

If you are driving a passenger vehicle that is under warranty and you experience a collision or require extensive repairs through one of our Approved Body Repair Specialists, we ensure you won’t be left without transportation.

Should  there are any delays in receiving genuine parts or specialised technical support beyond 30 days after repair approval and parts ordering, we’ll provide you with a courtesy vehicle to keep you on the road.

Once the repairs are complete, your vehicle will undergo a thorough inspection to meet Stellantis' high-quality standards, and you’ll receive a Quality Check Certificate to guarantee your peace of mind.

Subject to applicable laws, neither Stellantis or any of its shareholders, directors, officers or employees shall be liable for any loss, liability, damage and expense of whatever nature which is caused by or attributable to use of a Courtesy car, including but not limited to any loss or damage to property left or transported in the Vehicle and any loss of life or injury.
