WHAT IS CONNECTED SERVICES?

Connected Services is an award-winning connected platform built into select Jeep® vehicles. It lets you stay connected to your vehicle from nearly anywhere with remote commands and features, entertainment options, available Navigation guidance, integrated communication functions and more.

ACTIVATE YOUR SERVICE

Download your vehicle branded app and activate the features of your vehicle remotely (1), look up destinations on your phone and send them to your Uconnect touchscreen and get help when you need it with SOS Call (2), Roadside Assistance Call (3), Stolen Vehicle Assistance (4) and more.

To select when applicable
(1): You are responsible for using remote features in accordance with any laws, rules or ordinances in effect in your vehicle's location. You must have an active subscription to SiriusXM Guardian™ in order to use remote services. See Terms of Service for service limitations.
(2): In the event of a medical or other emergency, press the SOS button to be connected to a Customer Care agent who can direct emergency assistance to your vehicle’s location.
(3): Roadside Assistance Call provides direct calling to Roadside Assistance Service. Additional roadside assistance charges may apply. Check warranty for details.
(4): Stolen vehicle police report required.

Send and receive calls hands-free* by pairing your Wireless Connectivity®-enabled phone with your Uconnect® system. Simply answer a few questions about your vehicle and phone to receive detailed instructions on how to proceed.

Vehicle Health Report*

* Vehicle Health Report provides a summary of your vehicle's key systems, including the status of malfunction indicator lamps. If you have concerns about the operation, function or performance of your vehicle, take it to an authorized Jeep® dealer. This report does not replace regularly scheduled maintenance.

Latest Software Updates

Is your Uconnect® system as up-to-date as possible? Check if you’re ready for an update and get the latest software to ensure your Uconnect system is functioning at peak performance.

On select MY13 vehicles and beyond11, software updates are sent automatically to the vehicle over the air once available. If over-the-air updates aren’t supported by your vehicle, you can download the software to a USB drive to install it on your vehicle.
