UConnect® offers you a truly remarkable breakthrough in communications capabilities, enhancing safe vehicle operation without compromising driver control. Hands-free communication can help reduce driver distraction, but it does not eliminate the need to remain focused on the road while driving. Available for most Chrysler, Dodge and Jeep® vehicles (including past model years since 1994), UConnect® uses advanced voice recognition that allows you to dial your BluetoothTM Hands-Free Profile wireless phone hands-free using simple voice commands. UConnect® automatically mutes your radio before receiving or sending a call, enables you to store up to 32 names and four phone numbers per name in the system's address book - that's 128 telephone numbers - and allows up to seven wireless phones to be connected to the system. UConnect® can accommodate your entire family's wireless needs.

UConnect® allows you to transfer calls between the system and your BluetoothTM Hands-Free Profile wireless phone as you enter or exit your vehicle, and enables you to mute the system's microphone for private conversations. With UConnect®, you can dial your BluetoothTM Hands- Free Profile wireless phone by simply speaking a name listed in the address book or by reciting a phone number (e.g., "Call Mike at work," or, "Dial 248-555-1234"). The UConnect® address book already includes a feature that enables you to dial Emergency 911 or 24-hour Towing Assistance. UConnect® is also available with multilingual language formats for English, Spanish or French.
